If you're traveling from out of town, and your desired date/time is unavailable to book on my booking page, please book for the closest day to your desired time, and mention in the notes section the dates you're hoping to get in. I can't guarantee that I'll be able to schedule you for the day you want, but I can try to squeeze you in if possible.

Booking Questions

How do I schedule an appointment?

Send an Appointment Request on the Booking Page for the day you want to get tattooed. I'll respond to your request by email for a Free Consultation to get more details about your tattoo, ask if you have any photo references, and answer any questions. After we've settled on all the details, I will send a link to pay a Deposit to secure your appointment slot. Please allow a few days for a response, and keep an eye out for an email!

Your appointment is not finalized until the Deposit is paid, and you receive a confirmation email/text with your appointment details.

Can I schedule a consultation?

I do almost all consultations via email. Once you've requested an appointment, I'll email you to ask any questions that I'll need to prepare your tattoo before your scheduled appointment time, and answer any questions you may have. If you request a large or difficult cover up, sleevework, or large piece that requires a lot of brainstorming I may ask you to come in for an in-person consultation.

Do you tattoo minors with Parental Consent?

No. You must be 18+ on the day of your appointment, with photo ID present. No exceptions, please don't ask.

What if I need to reschedule?

Things happen! I completely understand, don't worry.
Please give me at least 24 hours notice if you're unable to make it to your appointment, but preferably as much notice as possible so that I can try to schedule someone else and still be able to work that day.

If you reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, your deposit will be honored at your next appointment.

If you reschedule on short notice, or reschedule the same appointment more than once, the deposit is forfeit, and another deposit will be required to schedule again. If you no call no show an appointment, I will likely not book with you in the future, so please let me know if you're unable to make your appointment!

What if I can't make it to the appointment, or reschedule?

Please give me as much notice as possible if you're unable to make it. Whatever the reason is, I'll have to try and fill the vacant time slot in order to still work that day. Because of this, please understand that the Booking Retainer (Deposit) is non-refundable for any reason to partially cover my time and the vacancy, but will be honored at your next appointment if you reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. 

What are your hours of operation?

I work by appointment only. I book tattoos Tuesday through Saturday, from 10am-5pm, but have occasional availability on Sundays and Mondays. You will choose from my available time slots when booking your appointment online on my Booking Page.

If you're traveling to me from out of town, and you would prefer a date that isn't available on my website, email me at contact@chaisetattoos.com and include all of the dates that work for you. If I'm able to squeeze you in, I will, but please know I can't guarantee it! 

Do you take walk ins?

No, my shop is Appointment Only. Please schedule ahead of time on the Booking Page.

Reschedule/Cancelation Policy

Please give as much notice as possible if you're unable to make it to your appointment, so that I can try to schedule another client for that time. Deposits are honored for one reschedule, if rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. If the same appointment is rescheduled more than once, another deposit will be needed to reschedule a second time. Deposits are non-refundable for any reason, which is posted clearly on every booking screen. I understand completely that life happens and sometimes things are out of our control, so please let me know if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please understand there are no exceptions on my no refunds policy, this is why I keep my deposit amount low to be as fair as possible.
Be aware if you cancel with little notice, or no-show your appointment without a word, future bookings may be denied.
